Rockaway Twp. man charged with endangering the welfare of a 12-year-old boy

A Rockaway Township man has been charged with endangering the welfare of a 12-year-old boy. Mark Hildebrant Jr., 28, was charged Tuesday with the second-degree offense. The investigation was conducted by Rockaway Township Detective Patricia Abrahamsen and Morris County Prosecutor's Office Detective Janine Ponnwitz. Hildebrant was placed in the Morris County Jail on $100,000 bail, full cash, and a judge ordered he not have any contact with boy as a condition of bail.
